Our small projects team consisting entirely of volunteers is glad to give assistance as needed. We typically answer e-mails within a few hours both weekdays and weekends but depending on our schedules it may take up to a couple of days to get a reply. boxplus is offered for free (and will always be) but if you require assistance you are strongly encouraged to contribute to the project.
