We typically answer e-mails within a few hours both weekdays and weekends but depending on our schedules it may take up to a couple of days to get a reply. sigplus is offered for free (and will always be) but if you require assistance you are strongly encouraged to contribute to the project.

- Check whether you are using the latest version of sigplus; your problem might have already been fixed in a newer release. Upgrading is free and migrates your existing settings.
